Return and refund policy

For the specific case of purchases through this online sales channel, cancellations or returns of orders or physical changes of products are not accepted. Except for the specific cases provided for in the Federal Consumer Protection Law, this is:

  • When the net content of a product or the amount delivered is less than that indicated on the package, container, packaging or when measuring instruments are used that do not comply with the applicable provisions.
  • If the property does not correspond to the quality, brand or specifications and other substantial elements under which it has been offered or does not comply with the Mexican Official Standards.

The foregoing and when the product has not been altered for reasons attributable to the consumer.
In the event that the return or physical exchange of the product is appropriate, in accordance with the provisions of this section, the consumer must comply with the following requirements:

  • Physically have your proof of payment or original invoice.
  • To request a cancellation and partial or total return, it must be within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt of the package as long as they are causes attributed to Temòlote. After this time, your refund cannot be processed.

You can request cancellation for the following reasons:

  • The image on the website does not correspond to the material delivered.

  • The customer did not receive his order on time.
  • The customer did not receive their entire order.

Temòlote may refuse to satisfy the request or claim if it is untimely, when the product has been used in conditions other than those recommended or typical of its nature or destination or if it has suffered essential, irreparable and serious deterioration for reasons attributable to the consumer, as well as for the following reasons:

  • If the products for which the return or physical change is requested do not correspond to those sold by Temòlote in terms of characteristics or specifications.
  • If the products are not in the same conditions as at the time of delivery, such as original packaging and with all its accessories, manuals, instructions or warranty certificates as the case may be.
  • If it is found that the product has been used in conditions other than those recommended.
  • If the product has suffered essential deterioration, alteration or irreparable damage for reasons attributable to the customer.
  • If the client does not comply with the recommendations for packaging, storage or transportation.
  • The natural wear and tear of the product for its natural purposes cannot be understood as damage or impairment that can be returned or exchanged.
  • No exchanges or returns are made on products under design.
  • No returns are made on millstones with customer specifications.
  • There are no returns in hand mills.
  • No returns are made on decorative fountains.
  • No returns are made in comales.
